Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez said Sunday his country will have a nuclear reactor for peaceful purposes, just days after Russia informed about their intention to help the South American country in this field. Chavez, an outspoken foe of "Empire" U.S. and adversary of President George W. Bush praised what he called the bravery and courage of the Russian Government in supporting Venezuela, after a tour this week that led to that country, China, France and Portugal.
