Google against U.S. government to favor Microsoft


The U.S. internet group Google filed a lawsuit against a U.S. ministry, who is accused of illegally favored Microsoft in a budget request for messaging and other IT services.

According to a lawsuit filed in the court of appeals against the Federal Government, "despite the efforts of Google and the guarantees of Internal Affairs department would call a contest entirely free for your messaging requirements, demand for budget specified that only "a Microsoft program would be studied.

Google filed its complaint in this federal court, which receives complaints from individuals against the government, claiming that this condition was "arbitrary" and contrary to the principles of competition.
