More than 15 thousand tourists spend Holy Week in Ayacucho - Peru

Ayacucho. About 15,000 tourists celebrate Holy Week in Ayacucho, one of the cities in Peru where he lives with greater fervor this religious event, said the Regional Directorate of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Dircetur).



A native Carlos Rojas, regional director of Tourism, said domestic tourists come mainly from Lima, Ica and Arequipa, and that foreigners will come from the United States, mostly.
